• Email activity: if you get emails from us, we can see whether you opened them or clicked a link. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

The AI chat assistant

The chat on this site is answered by an AI assistant. It says so when you start, and you can ask to speak to a person at any time. Chats are saved so we can follow up and improve our service.

Who helps us

This website and its tools are provided by BuildAi Agency, which handles information for us under a data processing agreement. It uses service providers for hosting, email, messaging and AI (see its privacy policy).

How long we keep it

Chat messages for up to 24 months and visit information for up to 13 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
